Newfoundland Labrador Liquor Corporation hosted its second annual Beer Fest on March 26 & 27. Expectations were high for this sold out event and exceeded on all levels. With over 85 different beers from over 15 countries sampled, including over 25 beer that made their Newfoundland debut at this event, it was a “must see” event for any beer fanatic. NLC partnered with 97.5 K-Rock for this year’s Beer Fest to add a consumer experience component. K-Rock was on site conducting interviews with suppliers about their newly released beers.
These interviews provided customers the opportunity to hear about the new exciting products and locate them on the show floor. Beer Fest allowed suppliers to showcase some of their best products in a beer garden atmosphere complete with great food and live entertainment.
And the best part is, it’s not over yet! For a limited time only, NLC stores in St. John’s, Mount Pearl, and CBS will carry a variety of beers showcased at the event. Be sure to drop by these stores to pick-up some of your favorites while quantities last!
