• Applications for Liquor Establishment Licenses (Lounge, Restaurant, Hotel/Motel, Club, Restaurant/Lounge, Recreational Facility, Military Mess, Tourist Home, Tour Boat, Airport Establishment, Transportation Service and Institution) can be obtained at the Department of Corporate Services, 85 O’Leary Avenue, St. John’s, NL. All inquiries regarding licensing of the above can be directed to either 724-2238 or 724-2239.

• Transfer Applications of Liquor Licenses from one licensee to another can also be obtained at the Department of Corporate Services, 85 O’Leary Avenue, St. John’s, NL.

• Catering License Applications are available to current licensees, which allow sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off premises with food that is supplied by the licensee.

Corporate Services is also responsible for additions or changes to a Liquor Establishment License for example, permission for minors on a licensed premise, extension of your licensed premise and alterations/renovations to your licensed premise.
